Dryman is Australia’s leading supplier of affordable and efficient waterproofing solutions, using the best quality products and the latest technology to protect both homes and businesses against water damage.

Brief

Dryman approached Smith & Noble to develop a cloud solution to improve the everyday workflow and running of the business.

Following initial in-depth reviews of the current workflow and existing systems, as well as several workshops to gain first-hand understanding of operations, we developed a new system from the ground up. The new centrally managed system enabled Dryman to automate all current paper-based procedures as well as allowing all staff and contractors to remotely the system to view, update and manage jobs and timesheet.

Deliverable

By first assessing and analysing the company’s current standing, we were able to use our findings to effectively plan both the new build and the internal rollout of the new system. Custom building a responsive workflow and automation solution for cloud access, we provided Dryman with the flexibility and accessibility required for smooth and efficient everyday operations.

We designed and developed a new online portal for the brand, along with local stationery and guides to support it.
