Milieu; a person’s social environment. Surroundings, especially of a social or cultural nature. We create a brand identity for a new property development in the heart of Biggera Waters, Gold Coast.
The luxury apartments enjoy unmatched views, therefore we needed an identity which reflected this to potential buyers and investors. We chose a name and colour palette which are light, inviting and neutral. From here we crafted a brand package, stationery and marketing material which incorporated the developments work and offerings. This was handed out and distributed to potential buyers/investors here on the Gold Coast and overseas.
